If you meet the requirements to make wholesale purchases from us for your retail store by having a business physical ship-to location separate from your home address, and reseller permit in jurisdictions requiring a resale permit, then please sign up today:

There are two very easy ways to complete the sign up forms.  First, Option A, is to use the E-Signature option using Docusign. This allows you to complete the sign up forms without having to print and scan the sign up forms.  Second, Option B, is to download the pdf form, fill it in, sign it, and scan it and send it back or fax it back to us.

Option B: Sign Up by Fax/ Email
